These terms govern text message communications sent by Mod Dentistry, a cosmetic dental practice located at 8124 E Cactus Rd. Suite 400, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
When you submit a consultation request through our website or funnel page and consent to text messaging, Mod Dentistry may contact you via SMS. Messages relate only to your consultation inquiry and any subsequent appointments or services.
We do not send promotional messages, coupons, or unsolicited marketing SMS messages under this program.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan. Mod Dentistry does not charge for SMS messages; however, your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your specific plan.
06. managing your subscription
You have full control over your SMS subscription. Use the keywords below at any time by replying to any message from Mod Dentistry:

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You'll receive one confirmation, then no further messages.
START
Reply START to resume messages if you've previously opted out.

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
